The Email Hub is your own personal Scout inbox, with your personalized email address shown at the top.

Main Features

  • Order confirmation emails are automatically added into your Inventory with the correct pricing and sizing.

  • Shipping emails are automatically added to your Packages with the tracking numbers.

  • Cancellation emails will remove the respective item from your Inventory. Please note that emails must include the order ID to be canceled.

In the Email hub you can view the number of orders, cancels and shipments imported during a specific time period.

The automatic imports will reduce the amount of manual input you will need to do. See the guides below for more information on how to forward emails and set up automatic forwarding.

We do not support the "stacking" view (multiple emails under one thread). Stacking view interferes with bulk forwarding as attachments. Please disable stacking view by going into your settings and making sure that "Conversation View" is disabled.
